The 2020 Draft Plan submission proposes 75 rural estate lots on the Subject Lands (70.28 ha/173.67ac)with an average lot size of 0.4ha(1 acre) independently serviced by private wells and septic systems with tertiary treatment and supported by a modified grid network of publicroads.Over 21 hectares (52 acres) of open space and buffers is designated for wildlife habitat and natural heritage conservation. A Community park 2.38 ha (5.88 acres) is purposely located to the east of the Subject Lands to make it accessible to all residents in the area through an existing farm lane connecting to Mississauga Road.
